Hello,

The update for the critical bugs found in v3.3 is finally available. In this version, we have fixed some of the bugs found when sending SMS and Chats.

We also added a new tab on both SMS and WhatsApp pages, this tab is for the queued messages. The sent tab will now only display sent and failed messages.


Unfortunately, we have a bad news. WhatsApp suddenly changed the authentication protocol of the accounts and we have to update the WhatsApp binary to keep it working. It will be required to delete and reconnect all the WhatsApp accounts again. Sorry.

We have also added built-in Ngrok support for the binaries, this will allow easy hosting of the WhatsApp server in your computers at home especially if you don't have a public static IP. Video guides for the WhatsApp binary setup are also now available. You can check them in the official documentation.

            This is what we call a quality of life improvement.

            from a developer perspective, its not needed, because its already there. But from the user perspective, it makes alot of sense.


            this is why in the version before updated, i duplicated the sent page, from sms to android, and defined the default gateway value under sms as 3rd party gateway, and on the android page, the default send mode as Devices, that way, the user can follow along very well without questions,

            This was tested with users using the platform while being watched how they interact.

            Also, for future, when you add function for disabled features, and android device is disabled, then SMS page only has 3rd party gateway features, without android SMS features.

    In my environment the messages sent by the System/Gateway are not arriving on the recipients WhatsApp.

    The message on the mobile phone indicates that the origin of the message has not passed WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption validation. Messages are apparently sent but not delivered.

    **This picture shows the WhatsApp linked to Zender to send messages... The messages received by the Zender stil "sent" but always "not telivered" because of a kind of "security problems"...

    Even if I already have an open chat with the person, the message sent by the gateway does not enter this history, creating a new history in which messages do not work.

    **This picture shows the WhatsApp screen... Both "chats" refers to the same number. The chat with name, is Ok and started regularly by WhatsApp... The other, without name, is from exact the same number and don´t get name, and the messages sent is not delivered to the targets.

    I tried both, authenticating WhatsApp from an iPhone and Android, and in both cases I saw the same problem.

      Hi, this will most likely happen if the receiver or you are using an outdated version of WhatsApp app.

        Hi Norielle,

        This is not my case... In both tests (iPhone and Android) the WhatsApp was updated.

        This print shows "Abrir" (Open) in the right side of WhatsApp, in Apple Store. If my Apps was not updated, the message would be "Atualizar" (Update).

        What would be the other possibilities?

        Could you enable your WhatsApp on my system and send a message to see if it will be sent and received by the recipient? (my login credentials are in the private messages).

            You probably tested only DigitalOcean credentials... This server I canceled, considering that you start the service in Datacentrics.

            I am now setting up the server on a Windows 10 PC for trial. Later I will change the PC if the purchase code doesn't work. I will be in trouble later.

            But it would be better if I could setup it on shared hosting.

          Unfortunately, there are issues on the WhatsApp server that we simply cannot fix because they are in WhatsApp's system itself. The problem you are having is actually the first report we received about it.

          All we can do is offer you a refund so you can purchase another system.

    What is the probability of sending SMS from each device/whatsapp account if I am sending SMS to 30 contacts and I have connected 3 devices/whatsapp accounts? Will 30 msgs will be delivered from only one device or equally divided to each device like 10 SMS from each android device/WhatsApp account?

    Hello. I was able to install the whatsapp server on windows, however there is a problem that I always had. Received messages are marked as read by zender, so on my physical devices new messages are also marked as read.

    I understand that there is an option to not receive whatspp messages in Zender, I have it enabled now, but I need to receive them, without them being marked as read.

    Are you planning to fix this?

    Hello, I have problems with my whatsapp server. For some reason it goes disconnected, but everything is running, and even when I restart the whatsapp server, the only way it works is deleting the account and adding it again, but this changes the account id and I have to change my code. This should not happen, my users stop receiving notifications.

    I like to make some feature suggestions

    1. Make the Template and short code available on the Quick SMS page. This is useful for those who need to send status updates like delivery riders and support team. They can set up template messages like the customer's order will be delivered.

    2. Ability for each client to set up their 3rd party gateway like using their own Twillio account. We can enable this based on the Package

    We like to report 2 bugs

    1. When a user is sending SMS using Gateway like Twillio their TopUp credits do not get a deduction.
    2. When a user is setting up a partner device, it reverts back to the default setting. This does not happen for the super admin

    When the new update is coming because the email thing needs to be fixed asap we already complain about that but you guys did not fix it because our clients are receiving a lot of reminder emails every single minute when their subscription comes to end. This bug must be fixed because businesses can't afford the huge number of email reminders and also our SMTP blocking us.
